The 100m2 apartment has two bedrooms – i) one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cot; and ii) another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed – sleeping 6 people.
A real draw-card is the large covered balcony with outdoor seating where you are surrounded by nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, and oven, as well as a choice of coffee machines.
There are separate dining and lounge rooms, the latter opening onto the terrace by large sliding doors.
The decoration reflects much of our international life – the photographs are of our favourite places in New Zealand, the wooden furniture includes a mixture of local character, the creation of a carpenter who works with recycled wood, and some pieces of East African dhow.
Please note that:
- There is free wifi available.
- Both smoking and pets are not permitted in the flat or on the terrace.
- There is ample off-street parking in front of the apartment.
- There is no TV – other than the birds in the trees!
- There is no dishwasher and no washing machine; for long term rentals, access to the washing machine can be provided.
